The RLL Story
RedLeaf Landscaping was established in 2018 while Jack Marshall was in high school. What started as a simple way to earn money during the summer months, quickly grew into a passion for landscaping and business ownership.
While attending college and playing baseball, Jack continued to grow RedLeaf. After spending two years at Endicott College playing baseball, he transferred to the University of New Hampshire where he is now currently a senior.
In the summer of 2025, Jack partnered with his longtime friend Ryan Keenan, a Keene State senior with hands-on experience from Shady Hill Nursery. With Jack’s leadership and Ryan’s landscaping knowledge, the two set out to take RedLeaf to the next level.
Founder's Message
What began as a summer side gig with a push mower, a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, and a drive to do honest work quickly grew into a true passion—for the process, the transformation, and the pride in job well done.
Through college, sports, and full-time jobs, we stayed committed to the idea that landscaping could be done better—more personal, more reliable, and rooted in real relationships. In 2025, we teamed up to bring our skills and experience together, and RedLeaf took its next step forward.
We’ve built a company that not only delivers high-quality, detail-oriented landscaping, but also brings in young talent who share that passion and energy. We believe in showing our clients exactly who we are and what we do, staying fully transparent by actively sharing our projects and day-to-day work across social media. It's not just about landscaping—it’s about building trust, relationships, and a reputation that’s earned job after job.
